How do I combine multiple images (jpegs) into a PDF file in a single step (copy paste all photos at once)?
Arash Heidari asked the question How Can I create a single PDF file out of a separate set of files and these are in jpeg format. Then one method is to place size and arrange the s on the page. The page could be any size letter tabloid and so on. Professional applications include Quark; QuarkXPress Adobe; Indesign Illustrator. These are some other applications can be used too. Once you have your page set up and ready and the six .jpeg files selected then you place and arrange size . What you would do; With Acrobat running from the main menu bar you choose File the scroll down to Create. You will see the menu choice Combine Files into a Single PDF. Choose this a windowes up. You click the add files button navigate to and add files of choosing. You will see in window that several configuration options exist when ready next hit the Combine files button and you have a PDF file. These are a couple of the methods that might fit your need.
Is it still good to use mostly Google services while owning only Apple hardware? Apple gives preference to their apps, but Google makes better services. I just can 19t decide.
In terms of productivity software your choices are basically G Suite s Google Office Suite s Microsoft Office s and Apple iWork s . All of these productivity suites are converging towards the same set of core features so at this point it more a choice of personal preference than anything else. All three productivity suites offer collaboration & document sharing and let you export to PDF to share via email or on the web so the choice is really yours. In terms ofpatibility Apple iWork runs on MacOS Microsoft Office can be purchased for Windows or Mac and G Suite offline mode runs anywhere using Chrome Browser extensions. However all 3 versions also offer fully functional web-versions of their apps which means theyre not limited to a specific hardware platform. Speaking personally mypany uses abination of Microsoft Office & G Suite. We have years of legacy MS Office Docs and were familiar with that suite so we stick with it even though we use mostly Appleputers. We initially invested in G Suite for email & file sharing but we do use Google Drive Docs & Sheets as well - especially for internal training documents & other off the cuff materials. It basically the same Google Docs Sheets and Slides apps that you get with a free Google account but the user permissions management thates with G Suite makes it well worth the paid version. Our choices are really based on years of momentum more than anything else. If I had to start from scratch I probably choose 1% G Suite because it all stored online & equally accessible from any machine.

Is it better to write LaTex directly or write a markdown file first and then convert it into LaTex file?
There is no 'better' here it depends on exactly what you are doing and how you write best. For me I love the clarity of MD and I dislike the amount of tagging needed writing directly in LaTeX. I find it really gets in the way of thinking about what I am going to say. It disturbs my flow too much. So I have tried various tools for it (including the web tools and iPad tools) but I find MDbined with LyX works best for me. I write almost no maths and the papers I do have a small number of references -1 at most. I could imagine changing these might change the balance. I write in LyX MultiMarkdownComposer Byword and SublimeText3 and I gather markdown notes web page quotes with SimpleNote. nI move around as I need. I use byword on my Mac and on my iPad and I use SublimeText also on Mac and Windows. As a document gets nearer to being finished I tend to be working in LyX because it is a step nearer to the final PDF and so easier to proof. Also as far as I know LyX cannot import MMD files and use the formatting so it is not a round trip set-up. I often use the Tufte latex classes and it works from MultiMarkdown but I needed to tweak the metadata to get what I wanted so if you go that way I would say test a lot at the start before doing a lot of writing. MMC is a full-featured writing tool is has floating windows for references TOC etc. and is good for writing even large docs. And I would say LyX is great use it -)
What is the difference between IP address and MAC address, and how they are used?
The basic difference between MAC address and IP address is that a MAC address uniquely identifies a device that wants to take part in a network. On the other hand an IP address uniquely defines a connection of a network with an interface of a device MAC address italic is burned into the ROM of Network Interface Card italic (NIC). NIC is an interface hardware that is used by theputer to be a part of a network. MAC address is a 48-bit hexadecimal address. The format of a MAC address is MMMMMMSSSSSS where MMMMMM is a 3-byte address of the manufacturer. On the other hand SSSSSS is a serial number of NIC card. MAC Address of eachputer on a network is unique. When you change or replace the NIC card of yourputer your MAC address also gets changed. MAC address is used at the data layer of OSI model. ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) is a protocol used to receive MAC address of a device. The address provided to a connection in a network is called IP (Internet Protocol) italic address. IP address does not uniquely identify a device on a network but it specifies a particular connection in a network. IP address is provided by the administrator of the network or by Internet Service Provider (ISP) IP address identifies both a network and the host on that network. It is used while routing as it specifically identifies a network connection. If yourputer is on two networks so it will have two IP addresses. IP address is a number assigned to the connection in a network. . There are currently two version of Internet Protocol (IP) IPv4 and IPv6. IPv6 is an evolutionary upgrade to the Internet Protocol due to . IPv6 will coexists with the older IPv4 . IPv4 uses 32 bits for its Internet numeric addresses. That means it can support 2^32 IP addresses (around billion) in total . That may seem like a lot but all billion IP addresses have now been assigned to various institutions leading to the crunch in IPs. It is considered the primary Internet Protocol and carries 94% of Internet requires less memory. IPv6 utilizes 128-bit Internet alphanumeric addresses. Therefore it can support 2^128 Internet addresses (More than three hundred forty undecillion !! ) . IPSEC being an inbuilt feature in IPv6 it adds onto its security. It also supports for quality of service (QoS). It allows direct addressing instead of NAT (Used in IPv4) due to vast address space.
