Then, click Books or Book and Pages (depending on your version of OS X). Once in Books, click the folder icon. You can click the arrow next to Books or Book and Pages (depending on your version of OS X). In OS X 10.8 and higher, you will find a folder icon in the same place — called .bookmarks. On 10.7 and later, you found this folder icon as a folder in .bash_profile. 3 Open the folder. You will see a book and then several pages. For each page, click the arrow next to the page and select Edit > Delete. 4 When the dialog box displays, choose To delete or Backspace. 2 If your book is not in Books, this step should have already been done. If it was not, please follow the instructions in the Step 4 for Delete on page 2 above. The next step is to copy the text in the Edit toolbar. Then, move the cursor to the end of the content, and type and click Delete.
